Stash down 2015: Day 22

I can’t believe how quickly this month is going by.

When it began, I had imagined I would get a number of things done. I would finish writing all of my unfinished patterns, organize my office, and complete a ruthless but necessary destash.

Instead, I am now three weeks and one day into a thirty day month, and have yet to finish even one thing, but in the past three days I made substantive progress.

To start, I finished crocheting all of the cookies:

With the cookies crocheted, I was able to move on, completing the decorative elements and squaring-off the cookies, the whole time making copious (and hopefully accurate) notes that can then become a pattern:

Now, with what little time is left in the day, I am going to do what I can to finish what remains of the cookies, working as I always do: one stitch at a time.

  1. I don’t know why, but I’m enjoying the process of this cookie blanket the most so far. The little one that will receive it is quite lucky!
